Here is a possible solution to problems customers from the UK may experience when ordering.

The post codes in the UK are shown as the last line of the address and so are shown as the second to last line of the address when going through the checkout procedure on My site.

Also, when you select the country as the United Kingdom, the State field gets disabled. So where do you put the city and the postal code, so things come out right?

If a user puts the post code in the "State" field and the last line prior to the postcode in the "Zip Code" field then it comes out ok and the bank honors it, so an address of say

21A Canal Road, Caversham, Reading, RG17 2AF
should be input as

21A Canal Road
Caversham
Reading
RG17 2AF

So the input layout would be as follows:

First Name: Enter First Name
Last Name: Enter Last Name
Address: Street Address
Address (line 2):
City: City Name
